Costing
We do not charge a fixed amount, we quote for a specific job hence if a client requires a yearly service which requires a permanent presence on site, then a fixed charge will have to be agreed on depending on the type of job to be done and manpower required per month.

Mark Up
For supply of hardware and machinery, a mark-up of 25%is charged. Transport will be charged using current Automobile Association of Zimbabwe (AAZ) rates. For labour we charge a flat figure of $40 per hour or 38% of material cost, whichever is great. For structural and architectural drawings we charge $5 per square meter of floor area covered or 10% of the project value.

We require 60% deposit for supply and fix contracts as well as a written order before commencement of work. For labour only we require 40% down payment and a written order before commencement of work. Payments must be made within 21 days from date of commissioning of work or preferably earlier. We accept cash in United States Dollars or electronic transfers to the supplied bank details:
